We take time to understand the customers’ idea, project requirements and challenges. We assist in defining the project scope, generate design concepts, and guide the project during the design process. We prepare professionally detailed CAD models, drawings and technical data packages for review.
BUILD
We generate bill of materials and assembly documents. We take pride in using the highest quality hardware and we make sure it meets the customers standards. We manufacture and test sub-systems and integrate them into the final product. Final quality checks are performed on the entire system.
TEST
We develop a test plan, define test requirements, and design and build custom fixtures. We take time to explain the technicalities and we involve the customer in the process. We complete testing according to the test plan and provide reports for review.
ANALYSIS
RMD Systems performs Finite Element Analysis (FEA) using state-of-the-art software from Dassault Systems. We also perform failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), safety of flight analysis (Airforce and Department of Defense Standards), electromechanical systems analysis, and Launch vehicle environmental analysis for small satellites.
